Music supervisor Mary Ramos, whose work includes “Kill BIll”, the “Twilight Zone” TV series and “Django Unchained” will be giving a keynote address at the Sync Summit for music licensing and supervision in Paris on April 14 & 15, 2014.
The two-day event will feature numerous roundtables, conferences and workshops with US music supervisors, heads of music at film, TV, advertising and games. The focus is largely US-based (it would have been interesting to have a stronger connection with the French and German markets) but covers the entire range of music placement in today’s music business environment.
Other notable speakers include music supervisor Richard Glasser of The Weinstein Company, Mark Frieser of Sync Summit, Ian Neil of Sony Music Entertainment UK and Dave Philpot – Head of Synchronization, Believe Digital.
